We're recruiting on behalf of an established, licensed remedial building and waterproofing contractor who services residential, strata, commercial and industrial properties.This is a chance to put your trade knowledge to work in a specialist role, where your findings directly shape the repair solutions and projects delivered by the business.The RoleConducting specialist inspections to identify water ingress, leaks, waterproofing failures, concrete cracking and deterioration, roofing and façade defectsDiagnosing root causes and recommending practical repair methods that reflect real site conditionsCategorising defects by priority (P1–P4) as part of building condition auditsProducing detailed inspection reports with photos,
