This is an opportunity for someone wanting a broad and challenging position in a fast-paced and fun working environment.The ChallengeReporting to the GM Finance your key responsibilities will include:Lead, coach and develop a distributed team of site-based finance business partners and cost accountants, setting clear expectations and a consistent standard of reporting and analysisacross the network.Foster a culture of cost consciousness,



continuous improvement and financial discipline acrossthe manufacturing business.Build the financial capability of non-finance operational leaders (Site Managers, Operations Managers, Production Supervisors) through training, tools and ongoing coaching.Partner with Operations and Supply Chain leaders to identify, quantify and track cost-out andproductivity initiatives across the plant network.Provide financial analysis and challenge on manufacturing overheads, labour costs, energy and consumables spend, and other site operating costs.Analyse and report on plant-level gross margin, contribution and unit economics, identifying drivers of variance to budget and prior periods.Act as the trusted finance business partner to Operation Manager, providing insight and challenge that supports better operational decision-making.Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting (rolling forecast/latest estimate) processes for the manufacturing network, in partnership with site finance and operational leaders.The ExpertisePlease consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:CPA/CA QualificationSeveral years' experience of working within a relevant Site accounting position, ideally overseeing multiple sites.Leadership experienceStrong communication and personable skills and the ability to build trust and influence key stakeholdersThe Next Step
