The RoleYou'll take ownership of a 200 property portfolio,



with the support to deliver a high standard of service without being stretched across every aspect of property management.
Your responsibilities will include:Managing landlord and tenant relationships, including onsite meetings when requiredOverseeing arrears, lease renewals and tenancy noticesConducting routine and outgoing inspectionsCoordinating maintenance and resolving tenancy issuesIssuing breach notices and managing compliance mattersAttending open homes as requiredMaking considered decisions that protect landlord interests and support long-term portfolio performanceAbout You10+ years' experience in residential Property ManagementStrong knowledge of tenancy legislation, compliance and risk managementConfident managing complex landlord and tenant relationshipsOrganised, proactive and commercially mindedExperience with PropertyTree is highly regardedSomeone who values teamwork, stability and a sensible work-life balanceOnly those with the right to work in Australia need apply.
