managing a diverse portfolio of clients and gaining exposure to both compliance and advisory work.Key responsibilitiesPreparing and reviewing financial statements and income tax returnsProviding taxation and business advisory support to clientsManaging and developing strong client relationshipsIdentifying opportunities to add value beyond traditional complianceReviewing work and mentoring junior accountantsWorking closely with senior accountants and advisory specialistsSupporting the continued growth of the Business Advisory teamAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:3+ years' experience in Australian public practice accountingCA/CPA qualified or working towards completionStrong technical accounting and taxation knowledgeExperience working with SMEs and privately owned businessesConfidence managing client relationships and providing practical adviceExperience reviewing work and mentoring junior accountantsExcellent communication and organisational skillsA proactive approach and genuine interest in business advisoryA desire to develop professionally and progress into management
