Job Description:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home and Community Care Worker to join our team in Valentine, NSW.
As a casual employee, you will have the flexibility to choose your own hours and work schedule.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality care and support to individuals in their homes and communities.
Your duties may include assisting with personal care tasks, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship.

Key Responsibilities:




Provide personal care and support to clients in their homesAssist with meal preparation and household tasksAdminister medication reminders as neededEngage in conversation and provide companionship to clientsAssist with errands and transportation as requiredDocument and communicate any changes in client's condition to supervisor
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in aged care or disability support preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate and empathetic attitude towards clientsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic
