maintain site safety and compliance, and deliver homes on time, on budget, and to a high standard.Strong communication with clients, head office, and trades is key, and your ability to solve problems on the spot will keep jobs moving smoothly.RequirementsWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 3–5 years' experience supervising residential constructionTrade background or QBCC licence highly regardedStrong knowledge of QBCC requirements, WHS, and complianceExperience running multiple homes at once within time and budgetConfidence with Onsite Companion and other digital site management toolsAbility to build strong relationships with clients, trades, and suppliersIf you're a natural leader who takes pride in building quality homes and wants to be part of a builder with a solid reputation, this role is for you.You'll enjoy the backing of a family business where decisions are made quickly, people are respected, and growth opportunities are real.
