You will create memorable dining experiences by providing exceptional service directly to our guests' rooms, ensuring every order is delivered with professionalism, efficiency, and a personalized touch.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional guest service that is engaging, attentive, and tailored to each guest's individual needs.Accurately take and process In Room Dining orders, ensuring all special requests, dietary requirements, and guest preferences are communicated and fulfilled.Prepare, deliver, and present beverage and food orders to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner, maintaining W Hotels' luxury service standards.Set up and clear In Room Dining trays, trolleys, and service equipment efficiently while maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest corridors, pantries, and work areas.Develop a thorough knowledge of menu offerings, beverage selections, ingredients, and preparation methods to confidently assist guests with recommendations and upselling opportunities.Collaborate closely with Culinary, Bars, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless order delivery and an exceptional guest experience.Ensure all cash handling, billing, and room charge procedures are completed accurately in accordance with company standards.Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety,
