This full-time position offers the chance to utilise your strong technical expertise and leadership skills within a fast-paced, collaborative workplace.About the clientIs a leading provider of high-quality surveying services to the civil and construction industry who is seeking to establish a base on the Sunshine Coast with a focus on the involvement and delivery of Olympic related infrastructure in time for the **** Games.What you'll be doingManage a team of surveyors and technical staff to deliver high-quality surveying servicesOversee the planning, scheduling and coordination of all survey projectsEnsure compliance with relevant industry standards,



regulations and health and safety requirementsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the teamLiaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advicePrepare detailed survey reports and documentationIdentify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutionsWhat we're looking forRegistered Surveyor with SBQMinimum 5 years' experience as a Senior SurveyorA willingness to lead a small team, with the requirement to be a 'hands-on' manager- especially in relation to cadastral and land development projects.
