An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll Officer to join their friendly, collaborative team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.Based in Melbourne's northern suburbs, you will take ownership of an allocated group of weekly payrolls across multiple sites.
This offers variety and complexity, with exposure to different enterprise agreements, rosters and shift arrangements, supported by an experienced team.
SAP SuccessFactors experience is essential.The ChallengeReporting to the Payroll Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:Processing allocated weekly payrolls accurately and within required deadlinesInterpreting and applying enterprise agreements,
rosters and shift conditionsReviewing and interfacing time and attendance dataSetting up current employees and maintaining accurate employee recordsProcessing payroll adjustments and termination paymentsRunning payroll reports and meeting pay event submission deadlinesSupporting the wider team with payroll administration and processing as requiredThe ExpertisePlease consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:High-volume payroll processing experience within a medium to large organisationExperience working with enterprise agreements and varied pay conditions, ideally within a manufacturing or shift-based environmentExperience using SAP, SuccessFactors is essentialStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing processing deadlinesClear written and verbal communication skillsA positive, collaborative approach and a willingness to support your colleagues
