Bidfood Lismore is looking for reliable, hard-working people to join us as Freezer Pick Packers at our South Lismore warehouse.
This is a fulltime role, working Sunday to Thursday, working the evening shift.
Bidfood is Australia's leading foodservice distributor, and so this role involves picking and packing orders for some of the country's busiest cafés, restaurants and institutions.
It suits someone who wants to work hard, stay active and be part of a well-run operation – without being stuck behind a desk.
About the role
This role is all about getting customer orders ready quickly, accurately and with care.
You'll work in freezer and chiller areas, helping make sure deliveries go out on time, every time.
Your day will include:
Picking and assembling orders to specMoving between chilled and frozen zonesKeeping your area clean, organised and safeHelping your team meet daily targetsSupporting the warehouse team when needed

Skills and experience




You'll bring a solid work ethic, a practical mindset and the ability to handle physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
You will also be:
Forklift licence (essential)Comfortable with manual handling and physical workHave good time management and attention to detailAble to follow instructions and meet daily targetsComfortable working in cold environments (down to -25°C)Previous warehouse or picking experience is a bonus, but not a must
