This is a hands‐on, customer‐facing role where you'll set and maintain the highest standards of coffee quality, while fostering a positive team culture that reflects the Allpress brand.As the Head Barista, you'll act as the coffee lead within the venue; driving quality and consistency across every shift, supporting barista development, and playing a key leadership role on the floor.

You'll be an experienced barista who leads by example and enjoys mentoring others, with a strong eye for detail and consistency.
