The roleStep into a vital community role supporting the daily operations of the Mungindi Pool.
As a Casual Pool Attendant, you will deliver friendly and qualified customer service while ensuring a safe, clean and enjoyable experience for all patrons.Your daily tasks will include maintaining active supervision from the pool deck, administering first aid calmly when required, and enforcing pool rules.
You will also assist in monitoring and recording water quality to NSW Department of Health standards, operate plant and equipment, and complete daily cleaning schedules across the facility grounds and amenities.About youYou are a reliable, responsible and professional individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
You have the ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure or emergency situations, and you are willing to work weekend rosters.To succeed in this role,



you will bringStrong communication and interpersonal skills with customer service experienceThe ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a supportive teamFlexibility and willingness to work weekends as rosteredA current Pool Lifeguard Licence, or the willingness to obtain oneA current First Aid Certificate and CPR, or the willingness to obtain themA current NSW Class C Driver LicenceA current NSW Working with Children CheckA National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical which may include drug and alcohol testingDesirable criteria include a Certificate III in Aquatics and Community RecreationReady to Make an Impact?
