The ideal candidate is able to work in a fast-paced setting, follow instructions carefully, and contribute to effective daily production operations.What you'll doPicking and Packing dry and chilled productMaintain accurate records of stock levels and report discrepanciesSelect items from shelves based on order specifications, ensuring accuracySafely pack items for dispatch,



using appropriate materials to prevent damage.Hand wrap pallets of products ready for dispatchCreate and attach labels to packages for easy identification.Keep the work area organized and clean to ensure safety and efficiency.Qualification sStable employment historyPrevious pick and pack experience is not essential but highly regardedMust be reliable, with an exceptional attitude towards safety and teamworkMust be physically fit as vertical lifting (manual handling) is a component of this roleProficient English (reading, written and spoken)Must have valid right to work in AustraliaMust be able to work, versatile with shiftsStrong understanding of sanitation practices within the food industry.Knowledge of food safety standards is desirableStrong attention to detail and teamwork skills.Training Provided
