As a Guest Relations Officer, you will have a friendly, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
Guest check in and out
Attending to incoming calls and emails
Providing a high level of customer service
Assist with guest bookings and enquires
Processing of financial transactions and daily reconciliation
Daily liaison with other departments
Up to date knowledge of all products, facilities and promotions
General cleaning and room checks
About you
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Previous front office/reception experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
Solid computer literacy.
PMS experience in Amadeus highly regarded
Positive and motivated team player
Availability to commit to a 24/7 rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
