CareChoice Geelong is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist people with disability across 24/7 Supported Independent Living homes.
You will provide person-centred support enabling participants to live independently and achieve individual goals.Successful applicants will have a Certificate III in Individual Support, 2+ years of relevant experience, and current First Aid/CPR, NDIS Worker Screening, and Working with Children checks.
A Victorian driver's licence is essential.
