You'll welcome visitors, answer questions, help the day run smoothly and ensure every guest receives friendly, attentive service from the moment they arrive.About the roleWelcome guests and provide friendly, confident customer service throughout the parkOperate admissions, ticketing, membership, retail and food & beverage points of salePrepare, serve and restock food and beverage items and support retail presentationKeep guest areas, counters, dining spaces and displays clean, tidy and well presentedFollow cash handling, food safety, work health and safety and incident reporting proceduresThis opportunity would suit someone whoIs naturally friendly, confident and enjoys working with peopleThrives in a busy, customer facing environmentBrings a positive attitude and is always willing to lend a handIs reliable, proactive and works well as part of a teamCan work a flexible roster, including weekends,
