Reporting to the Customer Service Manager our representatives are trained and developed into an experienced, confident customer service agents.The position is diverse, where no two days are the same, yet clearly defined so you will know your responsibilities and be able to manage your time accordingly.This position will have responsibility for the following:Phone answering inbound calls to O'Brien Electrical & Plumbing RowvilleSupporting customer satisfaction through enquiry first time resolution where possibleRedirection of calls and messages to key staff membersEnsuring payment and feedback on all newly completed jobsGreeting visitors to the officeProviding administrative assistance to key internal staffGeneral filing and admin functions,
