As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide essential support to our clients, helping them access community services, develop life skills, and participate in meaningful activities.
This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible work arrangements who are passionate about supporting vulnerable members of our community.Key responsibilitiesProvide direct personal care and support to clients with disabilities in line with their individual care plansAssist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasksSupport clients to develop and maintain independence and life skillsAccompany clients to community activities, appointments, and social eventsMaintain accurate and timely documentation of support provided and client progressCommunicate regularly with clients, families, and the broader support team to ensure coordinated careRespond to client needs with compassion, patience, and respect for their individual dignityAdhere to health and safety protocols,
