Support Worker - CateringCalvary - Albury & DistrictAbout the roleAs a Support worker - Catering you will make a difference each and every day in providing healthy, hearty and delicious meals prepared by our Chef.
Reporting to the Home Manager, you will support the Chef/ Chef Manager and your team to deliver a high quality catering service to our residents.
This is a casual Position with shifts across a fortnightly roster.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport service delivery under the direction of the Chef/CookPrepare daily meals and beverages that meet individual needs of each resident including special dietary requirements, allergies and culturally specific as instructed by the Chef or Cook.Work with Care team to plate and deliver meals, ensuring familiarity with menus and the needs and preferences of individual residents within the homeComplete cleaning tasks in accordance with the cleaning schedule, filling in appropriate sign off sheetsDocument resident's requirements and any "exceptional" changes which occurs for the resident on shiftAbout youDemonstrated experience in food preparation and food safetyFood Handling Certificate (HLTFSE001 - Follow Basic Food Safety Practices)
