Shannon Avenue Chiropractic - Manifold Heights VICThis is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking initiative, supporting a busy practitioner and helping a multidisciplinary healthcare team deliver excellent patient care.
Employment is permanent part-time, working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with a start time between 8-9am and finish at 3:00 pm each day.
The role is based in a newly renovated clinic in Manifold Heights.Key responsibilitiesWelcome patients and deliver warm, skilled customer serviceManage reception, phone calls, bookings, payments and patient administrationSupport the Lead Chiropractor as their right hand throughout the day and work alongside the current team of Chiropractic AssistantsCoordinate bookings and enquiries for the wider multidisciplinary team of allied health practitionersKeep patient records, schedules and administrative tasks accurate and organisedCreate and contribute to social media content for platforms such as Instagram and Facebook, including posts, short videos and ReelsHelp maintain a positive, organised and welcoming clinic environmentDemonstrate flexibility to cover holiday and sick leaveAbout youStrong administration experience, preferably in a busy,
