Our main manufacturing and operations base is at Yatala in Queensland (between the Gold Coast and Brisbane), only a 10-minute drive north of Dreamworld on the M1 Motorway.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORWe are seeking motivated and reliable Production Team Members to support the manufacture of Triple M products.
We are particularly interested in candidates with skills or experience in raw material processing and machine operating.
Success in the role relies heavily on strict observance of company policies and procedures, particularly with regard to Quality, Efficiency, Safety and Service, plus a keen ability to follow all directions provided by company Leaders.ABOUT THE ROLERaw material processing, including:Cutting, drilling, bending, grinding and finishing of parts and componentsLoading and unloading material in line with production schedulesMachine operating, including:CNC, Brake Presses, Turret/Shears,



Guillotines and Mandrel BendingElectroplating / line operation: operating and maintaining electroplating and zinc plating equipment, loading and unloading flight bars, and monitoring the plating process to ensure quality standards are metPerforming routine quality checks, identifying parts and verifying measurements in accordance with our work proceduresFollowing specific work instructions and reviewing production schedules using basic computer systemsRoutine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines and work areasPrevious factory, manufacturing or machine operating experience is highly regarded.SHIFTS AVAILABLE (MONDAY TO FRIDAY)Day shift: 5:45am – 3:15pmNight shift: 3:45pm – 1:15amSUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL HAVEA current driver's licence and reliable transport (essential)Availability to work Monday to Friday on one of the shifts aboveExcellent reliability, punctuality and attendanceA keen eye for detail and pride in workmanshipStrong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work positively in a teamA great attitude to work and a willingness to support fellow team membersA current resume with two recent work refereesWHAT'S ON OFFERCompetitive rate of pay and regular penalty rates, paid for every minute workedA supportive and committed team in a secure, reliable and growing workplaceOngoing training opportunitiesCompany bonus incentives (electroplating roles once permanent)Onsite café for staff with discounted (often cost-priced) meal optionsEmployee Assistance Program, including company-sponsored physio, chiropractor, remedial massage, naturopath, osteopath and counselling
