SILC (Supporting Independent Living Co-operative) in Denistone NSW is seeking Disability Support Workers to join our SIL team.
You will support three young adults with Level 3 autism, assisting with daily living, meals, and community activities while promoting independence and meaningful community participation.The role involves sleepover shifts, rostered days, and ensuring safety, confidentiality and adherence to NDIS requirements.
A driver's license and first aid/CPR are valued assets.
