We're looking for a Casual Sales Assistant to join our Brisbane DFO team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Sales Assistant, you'll be an important part of creating an exceptional customer experience while helping the team achieve its sales and performance goals.
You'll be involved in:
Providing friendly, genuine and personalised customer service
Helping customers find the right products and offering styling advice
Working towards and achieving sales and KPI targets
Creating a positive and energetic experience for every customer
Maintaining a high standard of store presentation and visual merchandising
Assisting with stock replenishment, deliveries and general store operations
Processing sales and ensuring customers receive a seamless checkout experience
Working closely with the team to achieve store goals
Keeping the store organised, clean and ready for customers

We're looking for someone who is:




Friendly, confident and genuinely enjoys talking to customers
Customer-focused and passionate about delivering great service
Motivated by sales and achieving resultsEnergetic, positive and reliable
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
Well-presented with an interest in fashion and menswear
A team player who enjoys working with others
Organised, proactive and has a strong eye for detail
Available to work a versatile roster, including weekends and peak trading periods
Previous retail experience is preferred, and experience in an outlet environment is a bonus.
However, we're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, energy and willingness to learn.
