That same personal, practical approach carries through to how we work internally too.About the roleWe're looking for a reliable, detail focused contractor to work alongside our admin team, helping keep the day to day admin and HR side of the business running smoothly.This is a flexible, remote contracting role, similar to a virtual assistant position, and would suit someone who enjoys variety and can turn their hand to a lot of different tasks.What you'll be doingReplying to emails and helping manage correspondenceGeneral admin support across a range of tasksJoining admin meetings and helping with notes or follow upOrganising documents,



schedules and informationFiling and keeping our systems tidyRenaming and organising files to a consistent naming systemSupporting recruitment, including contacting candidates and helping with communication through the hiring processAssisting with other various admin tasks as neededWhat we're looking forExcellent written communication skills, you'll be representing CCC in a lot of your correspondenceStrong attention to detail, this kind of work often comes down to getting the small things rightComfortable working flexibly and being responsive when we need supportOrganised, and able to manage several tasks at onceA quick and open learning, specifically adapting to new digital tools and platformsAble to handle sensitive information with discretionNice to haveExperience working in the disability support sector, this helps a lot with understanding the context behind the workExperience with Shiftcare, Google Workspace, and Employment HeroThe arrangementThis is a contractor role, working remotely with flexible hours based on what's needed at the time.
Pay is negotiable depending on experience.
You'll need a legal entitlement to work in Australia and be set up to invoice as a contractor (ABN).
