Melbourne Holistic Doctors is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our warm, collaborative team on a part time or casual basis, 2 days per week.
You'll be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a calm and welcoming atmosphere.You will handle phones, emails, bookings, billing, Medicare claims and patient records while supporting our practitioners to keep the clinic running smoothly.
