Individual Support or Disability ServiceLive in or close to our service regionsCan do attitudeWhat you will do in your role:Personal care: showering, dressing, grooming and medication assistanceDomestic assistance: light household cleaning, laundry and meal preparationSocial support/transportation: social activities, shopping/groceries, travelling to medical appointmentsSupporting customers in the use of aids and personal equipment including: standing or walking frames, wheelchairs, manual or electric hoists, sliding sheets or moving boards, hearing aids and other physical aidsSupporting customers with complex and/or challenging needsMonitoring the well-being of customers and reporting on their progressParticipating in staff meetings and paid training as requiredPlease note we often receive short services and frequent emergency bookings that we require our staff to cover around their regular, on-going and longer services.
