and GoogleCreating and testing high-converting offersBuilding or coordinating landing pages that convertTracking and analysing campaign performanceContinuously testing creatives, audiences, offers and funnelsScaling successful campaigns and improving underperforming onesDriving both lead volume and lead qualityCreating social media content and managing platformsSupporting graphic design and video editingAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:3+ years of experience in digital or performance marketingProven experience in lead generation (not just brand awareness)Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and conversion trackingAbility to think commercially and understand what drives conversionsExperience creating or guiding offers, funnels and landing pagesIt would also be desirable if you had:Strong copywriting skills for ads and landing pagesExperience with funnel platforms such as GoHighLevel or ClickFunnelsCRM and lead tracking experienceExperience working with service-based businesses (e.g. trades)What's in it for You?
