About YouTo be considered for this position, you will need to meet the essential requirements:Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Applied Science (Medical Laboratory Science) or equivalent.




Applicants shall possess an AIMS accredited degree with areas of study including Haematology, Biochemistry, Microbiology and Transfusion Science.Demonstrated experience, knowledge, expertise and skills within the respective disciplineSound knowledge of QC, QAP and troubleshootingDemonstrated ability to identify, develop and implement quality and service improvement activities in accordance with NATA/ISO accreditation/certificationAbility to perform duties with a high degree of independence and with infrequent supervisionAn outstanding commitment to quality and excellenceA willingness to adhere to departmental and organisational policies and proceduresA positive attitude toward achieving outcomes and being a cohesive, contributing team memberStrong time management, interpersonal, communication and organisational skillsThe ability to manage and thrive in a busy environmentSelf-initiative and problem-solving capabilitiesExceptional attention to detail and accuracyAbility to provide evidence of immunisation requirements including Hepatitis BWe believe everyone leads, no matter what role they are in.
