Required Skills and Experience
At least one year of practical work experience as a Hairdresser, including professional hair cutting, colouring, styling and other hairdressing services.
Strong knowledge of hair colouring techniques, chemical treatments, hair care products and conditioning treatments.
Ability to conduct professional client consultations, assess hair and scalp conditions, and recommend suitable hair services and treatments.
Knowledge of salon hygiene, workplace health and safety requirements, and the safe handling and use of hairdressing chemicals and equipment.
Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to understand and meet clients' needs.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a professional salon team.
