Working alongside experienced agents, you'll gain hands-on exposure to prospecting, business development, property inspections, negotiations and commercial property transactions.

What You'll Be Doing
Prospecting and generating new sales and leasing opportunities
Building relationships with landlords, investors, buyers and tenants
Assisting with property appraisals, listing presentations and marketing campaigns
Coordinating property inspections and following up prospective clients
Supporting sales and leasing negotiations through to completion
Researching market activity, rental rates and comparable sales
Maintaining client relationships and developing your own network

What We're Looking For
A genuine interest in commercial real estate and property investment
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with clients
A proactive, self-motivated approach to prospecting and business development
A professional manner with strong relationship-building skills
Resilience, ambition and a willingness to learn
Previous sales, leasing, real estate or customer-facing experience is advantageous
A current Queensland real estate registration or licence Looking to break into commercial real estate?
