With a growing pipeline of luxury custom homes and boutique developments, they're now looking to bring on a commercially minded Business Development Manager who knows scaffolding inside out and can actively drive current work into the business.This is a hands on role suited to someone who has come from off the tools, understands site requirements, and can confidently sit across the table from builders, project managers, and site teams to win work.There is also long term scope and growth for this role to transition into a senior leadership role in the near future.The RoleYou' ll be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across high end residential builders and developers.
Leveraging your technical scaffolding knowledge, you' ll scope projects, provide practical solutions, and build long term client relationships that generate repeat work.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively source and secure new projects within the luxury residential building spaceBuild and maintain strong relationships with builders, site managers, and developersAttend site visits, assess project requirements, and provide tailored scaffolding solutionsPrepare quotes, negotiate pricing,
