Steiner-Trained Educator – Learning Pod LeaderWe are seeking a warm, experienced educator with Steiner training to lead our established Steiner-inspired learning pod on the Mornington Peninsula.Set on a beautiful working biodynamic farm surrounded by wetlands and open land, our learning environment offers children a rich connection to nature, creativity, and meaningful learning.
The setting is an integral part of the educational experience, supporting a curriculum grounded in the Steiner principles of Head, Heart and Hands.You will be responsible for leading a small group of eight children aged 7–10 years, supporting mixed developmental stages through a rhythm-based approach that honours childhood while building strong foundations in literacy and numeracy.About the RoleLead and facilitate learning for a group of 8 children aged 7–10Develop and deliver a Steiner-inspired curriculumFoster a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning environmentIntegrate storytelling, craft, nature-based learning, and practical activities into daily rhythmsWork collaboratively with families to support each child's learning journeyAbout YouSteiner training and/or significant experience in Steiner educationTeaching qualifications and registration (preferred)Strong understanding of child developmentAbility to create meaningful, engaging learning experiencesPassion for nature-based education and holistic learningWarm, authentic,
