As the Service Advisor / Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing high-quality customer service and efficiently coordinating all aspects of the vehicle service and repair process.What you'll be doingGreet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional mannerManage customer inquiries and bookings, both in-person and over the phoneProvide customers with accurate information about service requirements, costs and timelinesCoordinate the vehicle service and repair process, liaising with the workshop teamPrepare service documentation and invoices for customersMaintain a clean and organised reception areaProvide administrative support to the workshop as neededWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in a customer service or receptionist role, experience in the automotive industry is an advantage but not essential.Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
