The Role
The role of the Ninja Master is to manage and grow Ninja Parc Academy classes.
Tiny Ninjas: Walking - 2 yearsMini Ninjas: 3 - 6 yearsLittle Ninjas: 7 - 10 yearsYouth Ninjas: ******* years
We're looking for someone that is passionate about movement, coaching and leadership.
You must have a high level of interest in being a part of the Ninja Parc community both locally and nationally.
Whilst you will be provided with training, structure and support you must also be proactive and creative.
Key requirements of the position:
Deliver high quality classes for kids,



teens and adultsDeliver regular Ninja Coach and Parc Ranger developmentUphold the quality of all Ninja Parc product and programsAchieve Ninja Parc Academy growth targetsOrganise and deliver Ninja competitionsHelp to connect Ninja Parc with the local communityFollow Ninja Parc systems and processInspire and lead a team of Ninja Coaches and Parc Rangers
What we are looking for (Essential):
Ability to deliver high quality classes and coachingAbility to work with kids, teens and adultsStrong leadership qualitiesA proactive attitudeCoaching qualificationCurrent First Aid and CPRCurrent Drivers Licence
Desirable:
Experience/certification in gymnasticsExperience/certification in obstacle/ninjaExperience/certification in parkourExperience/certification in calisthenicsExperience working with childrenExperience in customer service
