This is your chance to make a real impact on the community while leading a skilled team of professionals.Your duties will include, but are not limited to:Investigate and respond to public service requests, ensuring timely and effective solutionsManage scheduled and reactive drainage maintenance programs, ensuring Council assets meet industry best practicesSupervise and motivate staff, manage work orders, and oversee traffic control and safety complianceMaintain equipment, plant, and small machinery, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safelyProvide guidance, training, and support to your team,
