Site Supervisor – Renovations, Repairs & RectificationBrownlow Building P/L – Port Melbourne VICBrownlow Building is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to take ownership of residential renovation, extension repair and rectification projects across Melbourne.
Once a project moves into construction, you own the delivery.
You'll be responsible for programme, trades, procurement, quality, site documentation, client communication, variations, inspections, completion and handover - supported by consultants, project administration team and the Construction Manager.
Projects are predominantly located across Melbourne's Inner North, Inner West, Inner East, Bayside and CBD.Key responsibilitiesReviewing project scopes, plans, engineering and construction documentationPlanning and maintaining construction programmesCoordinating trades, subcontractors, suppliers and deliveriesManaging multiple active projects and maintaining momentumMonitoring workmanship and quality throughout constructionIdentifying problems early and developing practical solutionsManaging safe, tidy and professionally presented sitesCoordinating inspections and consultant involvementMaintaining clear job notes, photographs, ITPs and site recordsKeeping clients informed throughout the projectManage 3-4 active projects at a time, supported by smart systems and AI technology to maximise efficiency,



planning and follow-throughAbout youRegistered Building Practitioner or Trade-qualified carpenter with approximately 10+ years of residential construction experienceStrong practical residential construction knowledgeUnderstand renovations and existing-building constraintsCan confidently read plans, engineering and specificationsUnderstand structural and repair workOrganised and plan aheadCan coordinate and hold trades accountableCommunicate well with homeownersKeep strong records and documentationWe want a team player.
