Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will help deliver outstanding guest experiences, handle inquiries, and contribute to a lively, friendly atmosphere.You'll support front-of-house service, maintain safety and presentation standards, assist with stock and waste management, and follow cleaning and chemical safety protocols.
