You'll be responsible for helping maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our retreat, ensuring our guest areas and facilities are cared for to a high standard.

Key responsibilities
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the retreat
Care for guest areas and facilities to a high standard
Manage your workload independently and recognise what needs attention
Take initiative and action without constant supervision
Share your experience and lead by example within the team
Maintain consistent standards of work across the retreat
About you
Previous professional or commercial cleaning experience
Dependable, punctual and takes work commitments seriously
Excellent attention to detail and takes pride in producing quality work
Organised, self-motivated and confident working independently
Uses initiative and can manage time without constant supervision
Communicates well and maintains a friendly, respectful and professional approach with guests and staff
Leads by example and contributes positively to team standards and culture




Previous experience in a senior cleaning or team-leading role would be an advantage
