Collections Advisor Executives – Full Time & Part TimeAre you an experienced telephone professional looking for your next challenge?
We are recruiting on behalf of a highly successful financial services organisation based in Tamworth, with two full-time and one part time opportunities available.This is NOT a sales role.
You'll be speaking with customers to recover outstanding balances and agree suitable payment solutions in a professional and empathetic manner.The RoleAs a Collections Executive, you'll play a vital role in helping customers regain control of their accounts while delivering excellent customer service every step of the way.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Making outbound calls to customers in arrears with their invoice payment , aiming to resolve matters in a single call, you calls will be on an auto dialler so you don't even have to think who to call next !
Handling inbound calls relating to overdue accounts and general customer enquiriesTaking secure payments over the phone quickly and efficientlyIssuing copy invoices, statements, and relevant documentation when requiredThis is a people-focused role where empathy, communication,
