You'll be part of creating a truly holistic care experience, supporting individuals to connect with meaning, purpose, and community.The roleThis is a dynamic position to work between Cootamundra and Young, with the flexibility to work part-time (45h/Fortnightly, 2 days in Cootamundra, 4 days in Young), Monday to Friday, daytime roster.This is a hands-on, meaningful role where your skills and presence have a direct, positive impact on people's lives.
