This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide your team, oversee daily operations, and drive service performance, creating a positive experience for residents, families, and stakeholders alike.In this role, you will:Lead the day-to-day delivery of food services, cleaning, and laundry servicesCoach, support, and develop your team, building a strong, accountable, and engaged cultureEnsure services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a consistently high standardOversee workflow, rostering, and operational performanceMaintain compliance with food safety, infection control, and quality standardsBuild positive relationships with residents, families, and internal stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to improve service delivery and enhance the customer experienceContribute to a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and careRole requirements:As an experienced service operations leader , ideally within aged care, healthcare, or a similar environment, you'll be self-motivated, proactive, and bring strong leadership capability.
You'll empower your team to deliver safe,



high-quality, person-centred services, while reinforcing the importance of food safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
