Digital BIM Lead – Building ServicesLocation: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and other AECOM offices in Australia.Lead BIM execution planning and digital coordination across Building Services projects, embedding consistent standards and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.Direct clash detection and model coordination processes, upholding BIM standards and ISO***** principles across design and construction phases.Guide the evaluation and implementation of digital tools and emerging technology, driving improved efficiency and delivery outcomes across the portfolio.Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project-based BIM teams, ensuring consistent quality and coordination outcomes regardless of project scale.Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external consultants, aligning digital delivery with broader project and client objectives.Work across key sectors including Defence, Health, Education, Sport & Culture, Transit and Building projects.QualificationsRelevant technical qualifications or industry experience in Building Services, with a background in mechanical,
