You will be responsible for providing premium service levels to our valued customersThe role will require the followingAccurate processing of inbound customer orders via phone, email, web, fax.Keying in customer orders - Data entryCreating and processing ordersBuild sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.Conduct outbound Sales with new and existing customers and provide support to field sales teamHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.Advise customers of our diverse product range and price trends.General filing, data entry, faxing,
