We're looking for Nursing Informatics Specialists to help us develop AI that understands real-world clinical workflows, EHR systems, and healthcare documentation.
Your nursing knowledge will directly influence how AI thinks about patient care.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role — work on your own schedule, on your own terms.

What You'll Do
Evaluate AI-generated clinical content, workflows, and documentation for accuracy, safety, and real-world applicabilityApply your nursing expertise to assess whether AI outputs reflect sound clinical reasoning and best practicesIdentify gaps, errors, or unrealistic scenarios in AI-generated healthcare content and provide structured, actionable feedbackHelp translate frontline nursing knowledge into insights that improve how AI models understand EHR systems, clinical decision-making,



and patient documentationWork independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments
Who You Are
Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background — active or experiencedHands-on experience with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platformsFamiliarity with clinical documentation workflows and nursing informatics conceptsStrong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and articulate quality issues clearlyDetail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
Nice to Have
Background in clinical informatics, health IT, or care coordinationExperience with data annotation, quality review, or evaluation workflowsExposure to AI tools or health technology platforms
