You'll lead a small team of cleaners, make sure every task is finished to standard each shift, and be the go-to person for everything happening on site.What you'll doLead, guide, and support the cleaning team on site, including showing recent starters the ropesAllocate daily tasks and check that all duties are completed and signed off before the end of each shiftWork alongside the team doing hands‐on cleaningCarry out quality checks and fix issues quicklyLook after the site, including reporting maintenance issues, hazards,



and incidentsManage stock and consumables and keep equipment clean and in good working orderCommunicate with the Area Manager and site client representatives in a professional wayFollow and promote safe work practices, chemical safety, and site security proceduresShiftsNight cleans - Mon–Fri, 7pm startAbout youYou have at least (1–2) years of commercial cleaning experience, ideally including supervising or leading a teamYou're reliable and organised and take pride in finishing the job properlyYou communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written, for briefing staff and reportingYou're comfortable using a smartphone for rostering, checklists, and reporting apps>You're confident using commercial cleaning equipment such as scrubbers, vacuums, and floor machinesYou know your way around safe chemical handling and OHS practicesRequirementsCurrent National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one before starting)Current Employee Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one before starting)Full working rights in Australia(Own reliable transport, as the site may be hard to reach by public transport during night shifts)
