You will engage with customers face to face during morning hours and support after 1pm via phone and digital channels.
Rosters are predetermined, with a 30-hour week schedule.You will help with home loans, business banking, and financial advice, handling enquiries and applications while demonstrating digital banking options and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
