Digital Marketing & Content Specialist (Part-Time)
I'm partnering with a well-established accounting and advisory firm in Melbourne's eastern suburbs to recruit a Digital Marketing & Content Specialist.
This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on digital marketer who enjoys owning websites, improving SEO performance, leveraging data to drive decisions, and turning subject matter expertise into meaningful digital content.
This is not a traditional communications role.
We're looking for someone who is equally comfortable working in WordPress, Google Analytics and Search Console as they are developing content plans and identifying growth opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing
Own and continuously improve the firm's WordPress website
Drive SEO strategy and improve organic search visibility
Monitor and report on website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console and SEO tools
Develop and execute a content strategy that supports business growth
Work closely with accountants and advisers to identify and package thought leadership opportunities
Manage EDM campaigns and digital communications
Identify opportunities to improve website UX, engagement and lead generation
Coordinate external suppliers where required
Use data and insights to optimise marketing activity and inform decision-making
What I'm Looking For:
Experience in a Digital Marketing,



Digital Content, SEO, Website Manager or Marketing Specialist role
Strong WordPress and website management experience
Solid understanding of SEO best practices and content optimisation
Experience using Google Analytics, Search Console and reporting tools
Ability to develop content plans and content calendars
Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with subject matter experts
Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and owning execution end-to-end
Highly Regarded
Experience within skilled services, financial services, B2B or other technical industries
Experience with CRM, marketing automation or lead nurturing platforms
Exposure to tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign
