We're seeking 2 motivated and reliable Recycling Sorters to join the team on-site at Bli Bli, Sunshine Coast.Location: Sunshine Coast, QLDShifts: 5:00am–1:00pm or 1:00pm–8:00pm (must be available for both)Roster: Approx.
3–4 shifts per weekPay Rate: $*****/hr (AM shift) | $*****/hr (PM shift)About the RoleYou'll work as part of a friendly team on a fast-moving conveyor line, sorting recyclable materials and ensuring only the right products make it through the process.
This is a hands‐on,
physical role that's ideal for someone who enjoys active work and contributing to a greener future.Key duties include:Sorting recyclable materials from a conveyor beltIdentifying and removing contaminants or non-recyclable itemsPlacing items into correct chutes or binsMaintaining a clean and secure work environmentAssisting with general site labouring and housekeeping tasksFollowing all safety and PPE proceduresWhat We're Looking ForReliable and punctual with a strong work ethicPhysically fit and comfortable with repetitive, hands‐on tasksAble to work both early morning and afternoon shifts as requiredPrevious experience in recycling, waste management, or warehousing (advantageous)Own reliable transport to and from siteWhat's on OfferConsistent casual work with 3–4 shifts per weekGreat hourly rates: $***** AM / $***** PMOngoing opportunity with a well-established national companySupportive team and positive workplace cultureAll PPE provided
