About the Role
We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Customer Sales Parts Interpreter to join our team.
In this, customer-focused role, you'll be responsible for:
Assisting customers with parts inquiries – in person, via phone, and email
Upselling and being confident in making sales
Interpreting parts and components
Providing support and advice regarding parts
Processing quotes, sales orders, invoices, and payments
Managing stock control and purchase orders
Responsible for inventory control
Building strong relationships with customers and our national QTK branches in Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth
This is a full time, permanent position (38 hours per week) reporting to the Group Parts Manager.
You'll be joining a friendly team that's dedicated to supporting you every step of the way!
What We're Looking For
We're after someone who is customer-focused, confident in sales conversations, and ready to identify opportunities to support customers with the right parts solutions.
Ideally, you are:
Experienced – Customer sales person experience and eager to learn




Customer-focused – Building relationships and delivering top-notch service comes naturally to you
Sales-minded – You're confident identifying opportunities to upsell , promote add-on products, and support customers with solutions that meet their needs
Organised – You can manage competing priorities, stay on top of orders and inventory, and keep the parts process running smoothly
Detail-Oriented – You can juggle multiple tasks and maintain accuracy under pressure
A Team Player – You thrive in a collaborative and supportive environment
Flexibility to work extra hours when needed is a plus!
