families, and the multidisciplinary teamEnsure care delivery aligns with Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational policiesAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Current AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (EEN)Minimum 1 year experience as an Enrolled Endorsed Nurse in Residential Aged Care, including high-care and dementia supportKnowledge of clinical assessments, care planning, and documentationExperience in wound care management and medication administrationUnderstanding of dementia care and behaviour supportStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively within a multidisciplinary teamCommitment to delivering person-centred, high-quality careA commitment to delivering person-centred and culturally sensitive careMandatory RequirementsCurrent AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Enrolled NurseValid NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or National Police CheckEvidence of vaccinations in accordance with current aged care and organisational requirements
